Please read these terms carefully before booking
Important: Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
"Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in time: 75% of money paid and received is refundable."
*Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by management.
1. Booking & Payments
By making a reservation at Sunrise Gardens Hotel, you agree to provide accurate identification and payment information. All bookings are subject to availability. We accept M-Pesa, cash, and major credit cards.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00)
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional fees and availability.
3. Guest Conduct
Sunrise Gardens is a peaceful environment. We reserve the right to evict any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or harmful to other guests or staff. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
4. Liability
Sunrise Gardens Hotel shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left in rooms or public areas. Guests are encouraged to use the safety deposit boxes if available or keep valuables with them.
5. Use of Facilities
Our gardens, dining areas, and conference halls must be used responsibly. Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest will be charged to the guest's final bill.
